My approach:

 

I am an integrative counsellor.  It means I use elements from different mainstream approaches, mainly, psychodynamic, client centred and CBT.

 

Psychodynamic approach means we may be exploring your early experiences and the way they affect you at present.

​

Client centred approach means you remain at all times the true expert of your life, and I am here to walk alongside you and to offer you my full understanding and compassion. 

​

CBT helps to find the ways of dealing with present issues more effectively and is proven to be highly efficient when clients experience high levels of anxiety and/or having depressive thoughts.

​

I will be fully focused on you during our sessions.  You will be respected, heard and, I assure you, never feel judged.  I am there to offer you my empathy, my unconditional support in all your endeavours.  I will hold your pain, and we can walk together side by side exploring your darkest fears, worries and any problems you feel you want to discuss in a safe and confidential environment.  I want the same as you do: for yourself -  to become a happier, healthier version of yourself.
