I currently offer private sessions online on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Please contact me by the online form provided or by phone, and we will arrange the initial session at day and time that suits us both.

We will meet online or face to face if you live locally and prefer therapy carried out in person.


Standard sessions last one hour.  Longer sessions (up to two hours) can be offered.  We would normally meet once a week, however, it is possible to meet twice a week or once a fortnight if this suits you better.  Whichever way you prefer – you are in charge, and I am here to assist you in the best possible way. 

I also offer 24-hour cancellation policy.
